Who we are
Gustke Automation is a manufacturing company for machining and mechanical engineering in the Koblenz/Mayen area. We manufacture milled and turned parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals – as single parts, prototypes, or small batch sizes, according to drawings or 3D data in STEP format. Our machine park includes a 3-axis machining center Mikron UME600 with Heidenhain control as well as a Gildemeister CTX 310 CNC lathe. This allows us to cover milling and turning in-house. Beyond pure part manufacturing, we design and build special-purpose machines and automation solutions – from design through manufacturing to commissioning, including risk assessment and CE documentation. We work order-specifically and flexibly, with short distances and short-term quote creation, even for lot size 1
