Company description
ABOUT US Hans Eberle AG can look back on over 70 years of company history. Metal processing along the entire value chain and the know-how of over 170 employees enable us to implement the ideas and ideas of our customers. Founded in 1953 by Hans and Ursula Eberle, the family company is now one of the leading sheet metal processing companies in Switzerland. As an innovative and future-oriented company, we are a strong Swiss partner for all metalworking processes. According to our motto “Together to the top”, we set our goals high together with our customers. A team of more than 170 motivated and experienced employees and a highly modern and well-organized company help us achieve these goals. COMPETENCIES We are your competent and strong partner for all aspects of sheet metal. Thanks to our deep value chain, we master all production steps in sheet metal processing — from cutting to coating, assembly and delivery of your series parts or complete assemblies. See for yourself and try us out! DIE-CUTTING AND LASERING State-of-the-art punching and laser machines ensure precise and efficient sheet metal processing right from the start of production. Our high-end machines enable us to optimally meet your requirements in terms of quality, price and flexibility. Various processes such as forming, embossing and thread forming can be carried out in one operation without scratching. RESHAPE We use a wide variety of processes to shape your parts. In doing so, we always focus on your requirements, as well as costs. In addition to traditional metal pressing, we produce your sophisticated parts using the punching and deep-drawing process. We have modern folding presses and a high-speed bending robot at our disposal for bending small and large batches. STAMPING Our large fleet of machines with eccentric presses with a pressing force of up to 160 tons demonstrates our expertise in punching. The punching process is used to produce both simple and sophisticated parts in small and large batches. The parts are punched by inlay work or off the tape. Depending on the complexity of the item, we use complete or sequential cutting tools, which are designed by us and manufactured in our own tool shop. CHIPPING Hans Eberle AG is ideally equipped for CNC machining of milled and turned parts and has many years of manufacturing expertise. We design the appropriate tools for the production of your workpieces and manufacture them in our own tool shop. In this way, we guarantee you absolute perfection in the shape of your workpieces and speed in order processing. ADD We are your competent welding specialist and know the appropriate process for every type of connection. Thanks to the know-how of our certified welders, Hans Eberle AG has a wide range of welding certificates. We join steel, aluminum and chromium-nickel steel sheets to components or entire machine housings using the MIG, MAG or TIG processes. laser welding We use the latest welding technologies in 2D and 3D laser welding. The material melts within milliseconds, which has the advantage of low thermal distortion. Due to the exact energy input, the process is suitable for filigree welds or when 100% control of the weld is required. manual welding The welding of steel, chrome-nickel steel and aluminum sheets is one of our core competencies and is an essential part of the manufacturing process. Each of our numerous welders has the necessary experience and the necessary welding tests. robotic welding The automated welding robot offers us optimal support for your series parts or for extremely complex welds. The robot's unique motion control ensures optimised acceleration and deceleration during the welding process and thus enables perfect welds and short cycle times. We manufacture the necessary welding devices and gauges in our own tool shop. stud welding With our powerful stud welding machines, we can shoot bolts and pins fully automatically. The very short welding time results in only a slight distortion of the material. The connections are durable and waterproof. Pressing and riveting Thanks to simple and quick programming, our profit centers are ideally equipped to press in fasteners. Compared to welding, riveting and pressing offer the advantage of distortion-free connections. bonding Bonding joined parts offers an ideal alternative to conventional joining processes such as welding, soldering or riveting. By gluing with adhesive or adhesive tapes, various types of materials are connected together without distortion. REFINE AND PAINT By protecting and refining your products, our service portfolio expands. Thanks to our versatility in surface treatment, we are able to meet your individual requirements. We grind, deburr, trowelate or clean parts of various sizes and materials. In the modern painting plant, the sheet metal parts receive the final surface treatment in the form of powder coating or wet painting. Using screen printing, pad printing or modern laser engraving, we can label your products according to your ideas. powder coating In the environmentally friendly plant, your metal products are completely pretreated, powder-coated and then baked in the oven. We are also happy to coat delivered sheet metal parts, which we can process up to a maximum size of 2500 x 1600 x 800 mm and a weight of 250 kg. Thanks to their high resistance to corrosion, powder-coated surfaces offer optimal protection against the effects of weather. wet painting In industrial wet painting, liquid paint is thinly applied to the metal using compressed air; this process is particularly suitable for complex parts. Depending on customer requirements, the sheet metal parts are primed in a first step before the topcoat follows. We have a single booth for this manual spray work, which makes us very flexible in terms of the size and weight of the parts to be painted. screen printing, pad printing, laser marking We use three different processes to label your workpieces in a wide variety of shapes, materials and surfaces. With the methods of screen printing and pad printing, the desired motif is transferred onto the surface of the workpiece using printing ink. Laser marking is ideal for precise and time-saving marking. The high-tech label is highly durable due to the deepening of the surface.
