We finished on the star machinery Long and small turned parts up to diam. 20.0 and a length up to 200 mm. For shaft-like parts greater lengths are possible through follow-up. The machines are equipped with 5 axes, 15 degree indexing, 3 piece cross-powered tools, sub-spindle, rear-face machining and bar feeder. On the Gildemeister GLD25L be long and small turned parts up to diam. 25 and length produced about 70 mm. Equipped with 3 driven tools cross, 2 driven tools front of the turret, spindle synchronous, 3 backworking courts and bar feeder FMB Turbo 3-26. The index GE-65 is a simple, but very accurate 3-axis Universal lathe, with the bar turned parts up to diam. 60 mm and rotational parts to diam. 150 mm are produced. Simple cross drilling and milling operations as well as polygonal milling are easily possible in one setting. The production possibilities of Colchester Tornado T8M largely correspond to those of the Index GE65, but the driving power of the main spindle and driven tools are higher.(22KW / 3.7 KW) In the Colchester Tornado 80 is a simple 2-axis Unversaldrehmaschine for bar and chuck work. Bar turned parts dis diam. 42.0 mm can be incorporated easily prepared and efficient. The SENY thread rolling machine is suitable for rolling M4 - approx M16 at a maximum thread length of about 58mm. Can handle virtually all machinable materials, in particular, we have a wealth of experience in hard machinable material such as 1.4301, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571, valve steels, quenched and tempered steels (42CrMoS4V), special brass, copper ..... Benefit in particular here of the experience values stored in thousands of CNC programs! CNC programs are edited and archived by writing an own DNC system. What part of whatever you order, with security is a program of a similar part in our archive, which is then called, slightly modified and saved under a new name.This method reduces the setup costs considerably! Continue processing methods such as thermal treatment, centerless grinding, surface treatment, assembly can be taken by working with highly competent partners with us.
