About Heinrich Sauter GmbH, Fabrik techn. Federn
Who we are
Springs: We manufacture small to largest series for all kinds of stress. All common types of further processing such as grinding, inserting, etc. are possible. Drahstärke: 0.10 mm to 4.0 mm Spring outer diameter: up to 75 mm Forms:-rotationally symmetrical any Torsion Springs: The most modern machines with up to 20 CNC axes enable virtually any shapes and bending sequence. Sauter springs made according to your wishes: Flexible, precise-without costly rework. Wire thickness: 0.20 mm to 2.5 mm Spring geometry: 2 - or 3-dimensional Bent wire parts: The most modern machines with up to 20 CNC axes enable virtually any shape and bend sequence. Sauter springs made according to your wishes: Flexible, precise-without costly rework. Wire thickness: 0.20 mm to 2.5 mm Forms: three-dimensional bending shapes Extension Springs: We are well equipped for the production of medium and large series with complex Ösenformen. Wire thickness: 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm All Ösenformen possible Modules (components) / handling systems: We install complete assemblies for them in connection with technical feathers. (Including procurement of other items) We are happy to advise you on the conception of your components. To dierekten use your assembly systems, we develop and supply separation and handling systems for our springs.
