Company description
Heinrich Ziegler GmbH is a medium-sized family company founded in 1933, now in its fourth generation. We design and manufacture individual parts and assemblies up to assembled complete systems. Surface treatments, painting, powder coating, screen printing, digital printing, laser engraving included. We design, create manufacturing documents, single-part drawings, assembly drawings including 3D objects in the PDF, exploded drawings, parts lists and carry out document maintenance. We do more than just flexible sheet metal processing! We produce primers from small and medium sized metal sheet sizes on our three CNC punching and laser combination machines. Thin sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 4 mm. Our strengths: Housings and shields that meet the highest EMC requirements. Special versions of modules for installation in control cabinets. On the combined CNC punching laser machines from TRUMPF, we can also emboss, form, sign, roll and thread form. We bend on TRUMPF folding machines up to a part length of 2500 mm with pressing forces of 36, 50 and 85 tons. Other technologies: > Press-fit technology (PEM and Häger), threaded bolts, bushings and nuts (M2 to M8). > Spot welding and projection welding (NIMAK). > Inert gas welding, WIG (ewm) and MIG/MAG (ESS), steel, stainless steel and aluminum. > laser engraving (600x300mm), type plates with consecutive serial number > digital print (600x300x130mm) > silkscreen > pad printing Surface treatments for items from our production: > galvanic surface treatments > chemical surface treatments > powder coating > wet painting > KTL coating > Surface evaporation in various colors > Sandblasting and glass bead blasting As a system supplier, we manufacture individual parts, assemble them into components and complete technical systems. For example, we install and install in IPCs, power supplies, fans, switches, sockets, including cable assemblies from our procurement department.
