Who we are
Since its founding in 1991, we are a full-service in our core competencies plastic injection molding and toolmaking. The obtained over the years, technical know-how, a consistently high product quality, a spirit of innovation and last but not least our skilled long-term employees have made us a distinguished and successful medium-sized family businesses. We thus work, we developed many renowned companies at a strategic suppliers across multiple stages over the years. With our highly modern and energy efficient machinery, we achieve automated and well-structured production processes and provide our customers with maximum flexibility and a high level of service-oriented production.We currently have in our injection molding machines of the latest generation 11 with a guard between 350 kN and 4,200 kN. The producible Article spectrum ranges from 0.01 g of light and microscopic safety pin, up to 1.7 kg heavy containers. We process all common thermoplastic and elastomeric plastics, whether reinforced or unreinforced. In addition, we have experience in the processing of high temperature plastics such as PEEK and PSU. In our fully equipped tool and mold making, we manufacture over 90% of injection molding tools in-house, thereby achieving a high level of vertical integration. The latest CAD / CAM software and 5-axis machining centers ensure high productivity and also enable maximum cost efficiency. Whether components for veterinary medicine, sub-assemblies for the sanitary industry, complex components for sensors and mechanical engineering, or optical for modern supercars - these are just some examples of our wide range of industry structure.Extensive advanced editing options, such as multi-color pad printing, the assembly and processing of electronic components, assembly, and Sortimentsabpackungen round off the range of services and offer our customers "total solutions from a single source." An optimal interaction between modern technology and motivated professional staff ensures a consistently high quality of injection molded parts and tools. Since 2003, we confirm this quality continuously by the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
