About Heldex Metall OÜ
Who we are
Heldex Metall OÜ is an Estonian metal fabrication and subcontracting company specializing in custom welded components, metal assemblies and small to medium series production according to customer drawings and 3D models. Our in-house production capabilities include MIG/MAG welding, TIG AC/DC welding, MMA welding, plasma cutting, band sawing, drilling, magnetic drilling and assembly. We work with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium and manufacture individual components, prototypes, welded frames, machine bases, brackets, supports, structural parts and welded sub-assemblies. For projects requiring additional processes, we coordinate laser cutting, sheet metal bending, powder coating and hot-dip galvanizing through reliable local production partners. This allows us to provide complete finished components and assemblies rather than only individual welding operations. We are particularly interested in long-term subcontracting partnerships with machinery manufacturers, industrial equipment manufacturers and other European companies looking for a flexible production partner. We accept one-off parts, prototypes, small series and recurring production. Customers can provide drawings, technical specifications or 3D models, and we can review the requirements and provide a quotation. Our focus is on reliable communication, flexible production and practical solutions for customers who need additional manufacturing capacity or want to outsource selected components and assemblies.
