Who we are

We are a medium sized company that deals with the casting and machining of aluminum products. In our house create approximately 50 employees, from engineers on skilled workers to trainees in the departments Die-casting, grinding, machining, CNC machining, grinding, polishing, powder coating, printing and mounting, as well as ultrasonic machining with measurement, X-ray inspection and documentation . To our national and international customers include companies from the industry and craft fields of electrical engineering, automobile, gear technology, food and household goods, instruments, leisure and garden furniture, furniture, multimedia and pump technology. Our goal is to offer you a product from planning and design through to the finished part. For about two years we have hizugenommen to our Gießkompetenz Gravity die casting, the liquid presses and can produce very dense microstructure cost without sprue and riser with this procedure.(Pans, feet, pots but also more complex structures) Die cast aluminum 11 in electric furnaces, the aluminum is molten. Depending on the product and use a wide variety of alloys with appropriate melting and heat treatment applied. The liquefied aluminum is poured by hand with the help of a ladle into molds (molds) that are placed in advance with butane gas fires to temperature. After a specified Erkaltungszeit the mold is opened and the casting. On average, we pour about 90 parts per mold and layer. Each casting is subject to a visual inspection. The QS takes interval based front-destructive material testing, to observe the casting quality in the interior of the piece. CNC machining In many cases, machining operations are necessary. We have built our own house CNC department that allows all kinds of 'rotating' and 'milled' edits. Manual edits In many cases, manual activities are as deburring, judge or drill and tap drill necessary or not feasible other than by hand. Too, we have adjusted competent forces involved in these activities. Most of the edits are performed on specially constructed devices. Sawing, grinding, After casting sprues and risers are separated with log band saws. After the parts are tempered, meaning they are cured in convection ovens at 570 ° C and annealed at 180 ° C. In the grinding castings for machining are prepared or prepared the surface for subsequent coating. Also, the dimensionally accurate grinding after drawing is dominated by our professionals, so that a subsequent machining can possibly be dispensed with. After fine grinding, polishing takes place. The customer receives the polished finished product. Powder coating To give the surfaces of castings a sizable structure or enhanced durability, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, etc. (surface finish), we have built a powder coating. Here we wear electrostatically charged powder onto the workpiece that is subsequently heated in the oven and after cooling results in a solid coating of the workpiece. The quality of the coating is ensured and documented checks of layer thickness, adhesion and resistance. Assembly In addition to manufacturing the einzeilnen components of a product, we take care of you, of course, partial or complete assembly of the entire product. We ship the finished products, of course, directly from our company to your customers. ...
