Who we are
The company Herbert Weiss GmbH is a medium-sized family business which has existed since now almost 50 years. Our power is in mass production of turned parts. Our current scope lies in the furniture, electrical, architectural hardware, window and automotive industry. We manufacture exclusively from the coil with rotary machines. This production brings with it that we can not customize any dimension; dimensions, but fit into our range and are for us in the realm of possibility, are thus produced for our customers in high cost-effectiveness. The production takes place in a modern according to the state industrial hall covering an area of over 3,000 m2. This includes, for example, a fully automatic parts and Spänförderer, fully automatic parts-oil removal and chip disposal plant. In our production, 35 skilled workers working in the four-layer system. The current production site in the Ring Road 23 was built in 1995 and expanded to its present size in 1999. In the current production is measured every 30 minutes regularly drawing justice and documented. The documentary takes place by means of the Software and subject to continuous evaluation. For the production and timely delivery, we are always bemht to do everything humanly possible, because we are seeking a long-term business partnership with our customers. We enjoy the trust of many customers, our products worldwide without input control to their customers to provide direct (Ask for our references). We are DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified.
