The company Hiebler is since 1985 a versatile full-service provider in the areas of plastics technology, multi-component manufacturing and injection molding as well as in tool and mold making. Development and construction, contract manufacturing, prototypes and small series - the scope of work is comprehensive and forward-looking. Of course, we also offer individual methods for compiling your product: CNC milling, final assembly and packaging according to your requirements. The multi-component production including assembly and assembling work is very time consuming and labor intensive. Therefore, many customers relocate these activities directly to the manufacturer. Plastic Injection Moulding - 20 years experience in 2-component field In order to achieve short-term, customer-specific solutions, we have built a modern and innovative infrastructure. We produce for various industries, where economic development is not parallel, so it is important for us to be able to act flexibly. With over 20 years experience in the two-component injection molding process we use two different plastics at the same time in one tool.The advantage is obvious - can use different materials, different functions, combined in a single component, are met. We realize both hard / hard, and hard / soft combinations with our tools. The possibilities range from molded gaskets to two-component MID components. So we were one of the largest two-component injection molder in Austria. On the way to market-ready product quality requires the latest injection molding machines. We work with 23 injection molding machines of the brands Engel, Demag, Battenfeld and Fanuc. Whereby 21 injection molding machines (40-800 tons) - are mostly equipped with fully automatic handling (injection weight 1g - 3000g). Six two-component injection molding machines (80-200 tons) can be used with a rotary table, index, plates, and conversion methods, as well as two 100-ton electric injection molding machines are also available. The production takes place around the clock (24/3-shift operation) and usually fully automatic.This means for our customers: from order to delivery very short lead times!
