About High Precision Machining Parts
Who we are
Now, after 20 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and precision engineering, especially in technically demanding parts, I have to make my decision independently. My personal skills are the classic cutting especially turning, mainly finishing of "falling turned parts" of the highest precision manufactured reliably. I speak the different types of machines (both with revolvers and transverse machining and milling) with different controls. Also one of my skills milling (also known as Combined machining), grinding and gear cutting. My range of services in Gilching concerns turned parts up to diameter 25mm. The quantities to be produced can by 1pc. to 5000Stck. amount. And often in prototypes and small series. Larger diameters can I offer for prototypes and small series. We process all common materials, stainless steels, aluminum, brass, techn. Plastics and airframe materials. Similarly, the complete machining part of my range as various surface treatments and post-processing My company is certified in 2013 by an external company.
