About Hörr Präzisions-Metalltechnik GmbH
Who we are
The company Willy Hörr was founded in 1948 at the site in Ummendorf. The small engineering company was reorganized under the leadership of Klaus Hörr in 1970 to a rotating part production company. With the establishment of Hörr precision metal GmbH in 1991, the Managing Director Klaus Wöhl has introduced CNC technology in manufacturing. The former 8 jobs were until today, also due to the introduction of shift working may be increased to more than 22. In July 2000, the Hörr precision metal GmbH acquired the certificate according to DIN ISO 9002 in order to guarantee customers the expected quality. In 2003 was converted to the ISO 9001/2000. With its 22 employees, the Hörr precision metal GmbH manufactures high quality CNC fixtures in the rotation - and milling, in sizes from Ø 8 - Ø 42 mm (rod diameter) for well-known customers at home and abroad. Our production program also includes: Drilling - Milling - Honing - flow loops Hardening and other surfaces and grinding operations are passed on to subcontractors.

Kugelstück,-pfanne
DescriptionKugelstück aus 42CrMo4 vergütet, Kugelkopf induktiv gehärtet und hartgedreht. Das Gegenstück die Kugelpfanne wurde aus 16MnCrS5 hergestellt, gehärtet und ebenso hartgedreht.
Teile werden zusammengefügt und am weichen Teil gebördelt, damit Herausfallen verhindert wird.

Ventilkörper
DescriptionMaterial: ETG 88 / 100. Diese Hydraulikteile müssen zu 100% gratfrei sein, das wir erreichen durch: TEM Entgraten, Strömungsschleifen oder chemisches Entgraten, abhängig vom Material. Die Weiterverarbeitung wie Phosphatieren, Zink/Nickel Beschichten werden ebenso durchgeführt wie das Honen der Teile.
