Hard machining to 62HRC and 3D milling are only a small part of our range. We work on all materials such as: 1.2379,1.2510,1.2294,1.4435,1.4404,1.4562 Aluminum, titanium, bronze, brass, etc. We solve your unsolvable problems. We design and draw your components, and assemblies in 3D We assemble and test your assemblies. We organize all surface treatments and hardening processes such as: Vacuum hardening, carbonitriding, precipitation hardening, case hardening, gas nitriding Chem.Vernickeln, nickel plating, bronzing Sand blasting, polishing Anodizing, Altefieren, hard anodizing, Ematalieren As a small business we are able to react very short term in the position. Our specialty lies in prototypes, individual parts and small series.
