Who we are
HOKUS Profilschleifen is a specialized manufacturing service provider for high-precision grinding work in the areas of CNC flat profile grinding, profile grinding, surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. We manufacture and process precise individual parts, small batches, fixture components, mold inserts, cutting tools and special technical parts for demanding industrial customers. Our focus is on components where high dimensional accuracy, clean surfaces, tight shape and position tolerances, and reliable repeatability are crucial. We are particularly strong when it comes to complex grinding contours, profiles, steps, angles, radii, mating surfaces and highly accurate functional surfaces. We support customers from the fields of tool and mold making, mechanical engineering, special machine construction, medical technology, plastics processing, the electronics industry as well as high-tech and precision applications. Our customers particularly appreciate us when it comes to difficult, urgent or particularly precise grinding tasks — from prototypes to spare parts and rework to recurring small series. Thanks to our experience in profile grinding, we are able to provide practical advice even with demanding components, identify risks early on and offer economical manufacturing solutions. We work with modern CNC and conventional grinding machines as well as precise measurement technology. On request, we provide measurement reports, documented tests and close technical coordination directly with the customer. Our aim is not only to manufacture according to drawings, but also to think along as a reliable technical partner: precise, punctual, solution-oriented and flexible.
