Who we are
The Holzapfel Group specializes in surface finishing. As a reliable supplier to the automotive and manufacturing industries, we offer mainly corrosion-protective, decorative, organic and functional method for surface coating. The focus is on parts of medium and large series. In particular, in the decorative field, however, we also have a factory area for special requirements. Is coated in modern rack and barrel systems, with particular focus on lean, resource and environment friendly processes. To our owner-managed, medium-sized group also Dekotec in meaning and Holzapfel Coating Westerburg GmbH (HCW) include in addition to the crab apple Metallveredelung GmbH in meaning and Herborner metal finishing in Herborn-Seelbach in Westerburg with a total of approximately 450 dedicated employees. Our wide range of products ranging from electrolytic coatings such as Zn, Zn-Ni, Cu-Ni-Cr, Ag (technical silver, nickel silver) and Sn on electrolytic conversion / Anodic oxidation (anodizing) and Organic Coating Solutions as KTL and powder coatings to chemical deposition method (electroless nickel) and for the chemical treatment, suchB. impregnation (such as from sintered metals) or passivation / chromating and much more. The range of parts is very complex according to the different surfaces: from components from the engine compartment, brake and magnetic systems, chassis parts or housing in the lock area to sintered workpieces and many articles in the fields of electrical engineering (Great contacts, connectors), precision engineering and optical industry and the consumer industry . We include many well-known companies such as TRW, ZF and Bosch and their suppliers to our long-term, satisfied customers. The Holzapfel Group is also involved in upstream and downstream activities around the surface coating. To include as polishing or annealing / heat treatments and services such as assembly, packaging or handling all logistics processes on the capabilities of the company. Through early involvement in development processes and the close cooperation with customers, we develop customized solutions again and again. Our philosophy is qualified, customer-oriented service, from consultancy through design and construction to large-scale processing as a system supplier. With modern quality and environmental management systems, including ISO / TS 16949:2002 or the EU Eco Audit, our group is often the direct contact for new developments. DescriptionMit den Sinter Surface Solutions erfolgen Imprägnierung und Beschichtung unmittelbar aus einer Hand. Der Oberflächenschutz für anspruchsvolle Sintermetalle wird v. a. in der Automobilindustrie überall dort eingesetzt, wo besonderer Korrosionsschutz gefordert wird, z. B. für Getriebeteile (Ringe, Naben, Kupplungskörper), im Motorraum (Zahnräder, Lagerdeckel, Kettenräder) oder im Bereich des Lenksystems (Kolben, Führungen) und bei vielen weiteren Anwendungen.

DescriptionFleXXKorr ist eine biegefähige, verformbare Zn-Ni Legierungsschicht. Biege- oder Umformprozesse können nach der Beschichtung vorgenommen werden. Rohrleitungen, Öl- oder Kraftstoffleitungen etc. können so im gestreckten Zustand beschichtet werden, Abstopfen und zusätzlicher Handlingsaufwand entfallen, z. B. für Automotive & Zulieferer (z. B. Rohrleitungen, Befestigungstechnik wie Hülsen+Bolzen, gestanzte oder gebördelte Blechteile) und die Hydraulikbranche (z.B. Öl- oder Kraftstoffleitungen).

Eloxal individuell gefärbte Oberfläche
DescriptionDie Holzapfel Group kann durch eine Weiterentwicklung der Färbetechnik für Eloxal-Schichten und die Spezialisierung des Verfahrens auf individuelle Farbgebungen eine breite Farbenvielfalt bei Eloxal-Oberflächen abbilden. Besonders interessant ist die individuell gefärbte Eloxal-Oberfläche überall dort, wo reproduzierbare Farbgebung, Optik und Haptik eine große Rolle spielen, etwa bei mehrteiligen Sicht-Bauteilen, die zusammen verbaut werden, hochwertigen Konsumartikeln oder Fahrzeug-Interieurs.
