Company description
H+U Kunststofftechnik was founded in 2024 with the aim of supporting customers throughout the entire product development process — from the initial idea to the plastic component ready for series production. Our range of services includes production-oriented component design (DfM), the selection of suitable materials and the technological optimization of plastic components using moldflow simulations. In addition, we support our customers in designing in accordance with the drawing, taking into account GPS standards (DIN EN ISO 1101) as well as with statistical studies and capability analyses, such as MSA, CmK and SPC. For component measurement, we use modern optical 3D measurement technology and CT scanning. This enables us to comprehensively analyze and evaluate plastic components — even with inserts. Following the positive development of the last two years, we have achieved an important milestone for the future orientation and further growth of our company with the reorganization to H+U Kunststofftechnik GmbH and the move to Zwönitz. In addition to our ongoing project business, we are currently working intensively on setting up our own injection molding production facility. The first two injection molding machines have already been ordered and will be delivered and put into operation in the coming weeks. In doing so, we are significantly expanding our capabilities and will be able to support our customers even more comprehensively in the future — from development and sampling to series production. Another important step is the introduction of a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Certification is planned immediately after the commissioning of our injection molding factory. In doing so, we create the basis for standardized and comprehensible processes and continuous improvement of our processes — for the benefit of our customers and reliable long-term cooperation.
