Who we are

The company was founded in January 1950 GEFIE of Mr. Hubert Fiedler based in Reichenbach / Fils. Livelihoods in the first decade was the production of tools and molds the range precision casting, as well as printing and injection molding. The imagination of company founder led to its own patents and utility models for their own developments such as the Eckenfräskopf and Abspritzgerät. In the following years the apparatus broke off to the range gradually molds and tooling. In 1970 the company moved to the location Rosswälden where we produce today on an area of 1800 square meters. The beginning of the era NC CNC technology brought the end of the 70s revolutionary changes to the company structure. Since handing over the management to his sons Hans-Jörg and Harald Fiedler, the company has established leader in the field of Präzissionszerspanungstechnik area milling. Since 1992 he additionally added the exclusive representation of original cover spare parts for engraving and copying milling machines (all cover-processing machines of Nachformsektors).For the machines of the series KF, GK and G1L we maintain a stock of spare parts with about 7000 items that are kept in stock to 90%. In 2000, the field of precision turning with three INDEX turning machines rebuilt. Highest accuracy is ensured here by production in air conditioned rooms. Since 2002, we have expanded our offering by a service center for coordinate metrology. We offer contract testing, first article inspections and contract programming. CNC manufacturing Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with the latest technology. Our extensive experience in machining and tool sector are reflected in the range of parts again. We provide for the sectors automotive, aviation and aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering. Our manufacturing facilities are divided into the following areas: Milling Turning Assemblies In 2000, the area was enlarged assembly.We produce individual parts and assemble them with the supplied components to assemblies. For the assembly of precision parts are two deferred from the production area rooms available Coordinate Metrology In our air-conditioned service center for coordinate measuring technology, we make quality 3 - and 4-axis measuring machines visible. Only tested and documented goods leave our site. In addition to internal quality assurance, we perform contract testing, first article inspections and contract programming.
