Who we are
With our 45 process-driven processing machinery (injection molding) with clamping forces up to 4000 KN, about 2,000 high-precision technical plastic parts and rubber and rubber-metal connections are made at the time. Except for PVC, we provide you with all plastics market available. The designs of about 100 customers at home and abroad are construction and materials meet transposed into molds and tools and manufactured by injection molding. Follow-up work such as assembling, printing or conversion can also be performed. An operating data acquisition system (PDA) system with visualisiertem console and a computer-assisted quality control (CAQ system) according to the guidelines of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 (quality) as well as raw materials and materials testing equipment ensure the desired high quality standard. The own 3D CAD design and its own tool and mold (3D-CAM) contribute to this continuous quality production. We also have our own lathes and automatic lathes department (6-axis CNC Landrehautomaten) to produce precision turned parts and lathe parts.
