From the Perfect Profile Manufacturer to an Excellent Solution Provider: We are the center of excellence for industrial aluminium applications. Extrusion, surface treatment and finishing, machining, assembly, packaging, and shipping: Hydro Nenzing is your one-stop partner for aluminium solutions with a profile. Today, Hydro Nenzing develops and produces up to 60,000 tonnes of aluminium profiles annually on four extrusion lines (P16, P18, P22, P40) with a workforce of 420 employees. The newest extrusion press (P40) was inaugurated in 2023 as one of the most advanced extrusion lines in Europe, increasing the site's production capacity to 60,000 tonnes per year. In addition, Hydro Nenzing offers a wide range of machining capabilities in its state-of-the-art in-house machining center and provides the ideal surface finishing solutions for your innovative products. Your aluminium products machined up to 100% dry: Our machining center is capable not only of dry milling but also of performing other processing operations without the use of lubricants or coolants. Do you need a customized solution? We manufacture your individual aluminium profile according to your specifications. Our technical expertise and excellent manufacturing technologies are at your disposal throughout the process. With Hydro Low-Carbon Aluminium, your product solution becomes even more sustainable, as this product range is made from aluminium with a reduced carbon footprint.
