We specialize in custom hydraulic cylinders (bore 20–1000 mm, pressure up to 500 bar), hydraulic motors & pumps, powder metallurgy & MIM, high-pressure aluminum die casting, cemented carbides (tungsten carbide), and large-scale CNC machining (up to 16 m). Full-cycle production from design to testing, delivering 1M+ components annually to 30+ countries across maritime, industrial, automotive, mining, oil & gas, and aerospace sectors.

DescriptionGears manufactured to customer drawings for industrial reducers, heavy-duty drives and power transmission: spur and helical gears up to 2000 mm diameter, pinion shafts, worm gear pairs, gear racks and segments. Custom tooth counts, modules, profiles and helix angles per drawing. High-strength and alloy steels with heat treatment; carburising and case hardening where the duty requires. Complete chain in-house: gear cutting, grinding, heat treatment and final inspection to ISO 1328. Machining on Haas VF-5 CNC and DMG MORI CTX 510, with large-component capacity on Schiess lathes (up to 2 m diameter, 16 m length). DescriptionOur strategic capability: components too large for most machine shops. Rods and shafts up to 2 m in diameter and 16 m in length, oversized flanges and housings, hydraulic cylinder bodies and major hydraulic assemblies. Equipment includes Schiess lathes with 2 m x 16 m capacity, DMG MORI milling centres with extended work envelope, Klingelnberg and Walter grinding and boring machines, plus specialised lifting and handling for parts of this size. Sectors served: power generation (hydro turbine components, generator housings), shipbuilding and marine (propeller shafts, deck machinery), mining and metallurgy (crusher components, mill parts), heavy construction and transport machinery. Quality verified on CMM with 3 um measuring accuracy. ISO 9001:2015 certified.
