Who we are

For over 40 years, the name Zielonka has been associated with metal cutting. After being refounded in 2005, we have been producing at our new location in Wülfrath since January 2015 in ideal premises and an improved infrastructure. On 750 m², we have modern machinery at our disposal, which we use not only to process tempered steels, structural steels and plastics, but also materials that are difficult to machine. As a family company and recognized IHK training company, we not only offer you the highest level of quality and on-time delivery with dedicated employees, we also strive to constantly optimize our processes for the benefit of our customers. By constantly modernizing and expanding our machinery, we also guarantee you maximum reliability and flexibility, which is also reflected in our direct and uncomplicated communication. As a certified company, we offer you a comprehensive range of turning and milling operations. We manufacture individual parts, small and large series or complete assemblies according to your requirements. We are happy to advise you on new projects, including our many years of experience. In our production, we have the most modern CNC machines with driven tools, which we use to process a wide range of workpieces, cast, welded and forged parts up to a diameter of 500 mm and 100 mm from the bar according to your drawings, 3D data or samples. Our service portfolio also includes a wide range of surface treatments and finishes, such as zinc plating, chrome plating, hardening, nitriding, grinding, etc. Together with regional partners, we offer complete processing - your effort is minimized!
