About Intec MKD d.o.o.
Who we are
The company Intec MKD brings together its long tradition in the industry production of mechanic parts and systems with the up-to-date European practice, particularly in the field of this producing processes.
In the last decade, our high professional and motivated employees as well as the modern equipment have made out of our company a well-known producer of mechanic parts and systems, which are able to meet needs of several European companies, particularly for telecommunications, control systems, computers, medical and other electronic and electro technology.
We set ourselves an simple goal: to unconditionally satisfy the needs of our customers, relating to quality, reliability in terms of delivery and logistic support. We offer CNC punching machines and bending machines, laser cutting, classical stamping machine, welding processes and further mechanical operations and surface finishing.
Beside our technical qualifications we are able to get in touch with our customers, speaking all major European languages in order to ease communications with our potential buyers.
CNC Punching
The modern Trumpf punching machines guarantee a precise and effective punching and other mechanical forming (tread cutting, crimping and forming...). We work 1500x3000 mm sheet metals, with a maximum of 4 mm thickness for cold rolling materials, 2 mm for stainless steel materials and 6 mm for aluminum
CNC Bending
Modern bending technology guarantees precise measures and repeatable execution of documentation requirements.
Welding and grinding
We execute all types of welding, as for example MIG, MAG and TIG as well as spot welding. Our grinding division guarantees precise measures and a high aesthetic finishing of final products.
Inserting
Automatic and manual insertion machines allow us to insert of all types of inserts.
Toolshop
In our toolshop we produce all types of tools for metal processing for our own needs and on requirement.
Powder coating
In our lacquering plant we execute line lacquering as well as in manual booths.
Zinc galvanic plating
A modern automatic producing line allows executing all types of zinc covers.
Sheet metal parts producing company mostly for automotive, electronic in maschine constructign industry.
