DescriptionHydraulische Spannvorrichtung (Erstaufspannung) für Auspuffkrümmer mit Turbolader-Hochdruckstufe. Der Auspuffkrümmer wird mit Hilfe der geöffnet dargestellten Klappe in X- und Y-Richtung in den Rohkanälen ausgerichtet.

DescriptionHydraulische Vorrichtung für das Einpressen von Lagerbuchsen in Abgas-Turbolader. Die Lagerbuchse für die Regelklappe wird auf das vorgegebene Tiefenmaß eingepresst und mit einem Passstift gesichert. Die Lagerbuchse der Wastegateklappe wird durch Bördelung der Turboladerwandung gesichert. Die Einpresskräfte liegen zwischen 10 und 30 kN. Der Prozess wird durch Kraft-Weg-Messung überwacht.
