From the ITAG-machine factory that produced since 1930 drill pipe, drill collars and Stabiliser for drilling rigs ITAG own ITAG L & R has developed since the 70s into a highly specialized job shop of very long and round precision parts and special threads for machine, ship - and plant engineering and railway waves and high-pressure pipes. The company's core competencies are the deep-hole drilling in steel up to 20 m depth, longitudinal turning up to 30 m length of the component, cutting control, special and Prämiumgewinden up to 24½ ", the joining and surfacing as well as the production and repair of drill pipe and casing pipes according to customer specifications to our modern manufacturing facilities. Deep hole drilling: in steel and high-strength alloys up to 20 m in length Swiss turning: of parts up to 30 m in length and 40 tonnes in weight. Aim: with up to 1250 tonnes to 0.1 mm per meter of length exactly. Grinding, Honing & rolling: grated to Ra 0.8 microns, honed to Ra 0.2 microns. Routing Bohrwerksbearbeitungen: with Fräswegen to 5500 x 1200 x 1500 mm. Belt loops: up to ∅ 610 mm and 30 m. Welding: TIG, TIG-HD, MIG / MAG, UP, UP band, RES ... Measuring, testing, certification: NDT and quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2008, API Q1.
