Who we are
Jaspers Sondermaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, founded in April 1994, is an innovative company based in Haren/Erika in Emsland. As a system supplier, we develop and manufacture both individual parts and complete system components in series from steel and stainless steel materials with highly qualified employees. Since January 2021, we have been using robotic welding technology to produce welded assemblies up to a component size of (LxWxH) 900 x 400 x 700 mm quickly, precisely and in high quality. Our products are used in a wide range of industries, such as: Agricultural equipment and machinery Agricultural hygiene Wastewater treatment plant construction Electrical industry Air conditioning and environmental technology chemical industry Wind turbine construction Vehicle construction (bus and train) street furniture General mechanical engineering We are also the manufacturer of the OIL-brake safety system. This system is used in refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems that use oil as a lubricant outdoors. In the event of a leak or accident, the OIL-brake safety system prevents oil from entering groundwater and thus contributes to environmental and water pollution.
