Precision meets efficiency That is JeruTec Our goal is to turn your vision into accurate and efficient results. Our core is the ultra-modern Index C100 lathe with a 42mm bar passage, equipped with three turrets and 10 driven tools each, as well as an LNS Quickload loader. This technical masterpiece enables us to produce from mini series to large series of over 100,000 pieces. From material procurement to production to delivery to you — we take care of the entire process. We deliver partial quantities, pack, assemble and store safely and securely. Our expertise covers a wide range of materials, including aluminum, steel, titanium, and various plastics. We stand for customer-specific production. Your parts are manufactured strictly according to your drawings and specifications. But we are also happy to assist you in developing complex workpieces in order to find the best possible and cost-effective manufacturing technology. Refinement? No problem! We coordinate these processes for you. Whether hardened, nickel-plated, chrome-plated, anodized, gold-plated, painted or laser-marked — we meet your requirements.
