Who we are

We are a medium Drahtumformtechnik from NRW. We produce: wire bending parts according to drawings / samples to 16.0 mm made of all materials such as iron wire (C9D), bright bright drawn or light bright zinc plated, spring steel wires up to 13.0 mm (DIN EN 10270-1; variety SM, SH), stainless steel wires (1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4310, 1.4571 etc.) In addition, we also manufacture: technical springs, leaf springs, stamping and machining parts. Our machinery consists of CNC-controlled bending machines as well as pneumatic wire bending tables, where we finished conventionally. Abegerundet this is eccentric presses of various sizes as well as custom Special constructions that have been made in our own workshop. We also offer all surface treatments such as electro galvanizing, chrome plating, nickel plating, e-polishing, polishing ball, etc. Products: Ironing, levers, brackets, caliper bracket, hook, infusion hook and bars, spring tines, rust needles, tension springs, compression springs, Wire bending parts according to drawings and samples, leaf springs, CNC wire bending parts, wire parts with working such as chamfering or cutting threads,
