In addition, JOPP also relies on its own expertise in the construction of special machines and automation solutions. The breadth of the technology portfolio makes JOPP interesting as an employer and supplier for sophisticated components. Based on precision machining and sintering technology, JOPP also manufactures injection molding and foaming articles in-house. The portfolio is rounded off by the competence in electronics manufacturing. These technologies secure JOPP the advantages of high added value in-house and the associated competitive advantages. In the respective technologies, JOPP competes with the corresponding market-leading technology specialists. Powerful product development is the cornerstone of JOPP's success as a system supplier for automotive customers.Based on the mechanical development, JOPP also has expertise in interior design and vehicle electronics. The company holds its own patents in its business areas and continuously implements series innovations. In our own experiment, prototypes are tested according to the state of the art. Our own prototype and sample construction ensures the quick assembly of parts for demonstration and testing. At JOPP, project management is responsible for the smooth start-up of series projects, which acts as a link between the customer, sales, product development, purchasing, production planning and quality assurance. In the respective production locations, there are those responsible for the start of series production who implement the industrialization process on site. JOPP manufactures its products in series according to the zero-defect strategy and continuously pursues high quality goals in series production. To achieve this, JOPP maintains a quality management system that is certified in accordance with the relevant automotive standards.The company adheres to standardized and documented processes that are continuously developed in accordance with the requirements of customers in the automotive industry. A comparatively high vertical range of manufacture makes JOPP a competent partner in demanding projects. The equipment on machines and systems is always state of the art. Special machines are largely built with internal know-how, often with advantages in terms of speed and flexibility. The manufacturing processes are consistently aligned according to the LEAN principles and continuously improved.
