Who we are

For over 40 years, the long-Josef Bauer GmbH manufacturer of single parts, small series, special purpose machines, tools and equipment. On more than 1,300 m² of production area and our modern and extensive machinery we can realize almost all projects from the fine mechanics, tool and machine for you. The following work we carry out for you: - CNC milling and 5-axis (1.270 x 660 mm) - CNC turning (Ø 220 x 850 mm) - EDM and wire EDM (550 x 350 mm) - Grinding (1,000 x 600 mm) - Special machinery - Tool and mold making - Fixture - Plastic injection molding - Stamping - Installation works The following services we can also do for you: - Hardening / nitriding / Glow etc. - Anodising / Hard coating - Powder coating / painting - Laser cutting - Welding - Electroplating - Etc.
