Who we are
JR fijnmetaal specializes in CNC turning and milling. For our costumers we produce serial production or more customized pieces like prototypes. Quality and loyalty are our main focus. For the production of these products we have the following machinery: • Mazak 350M • Mazak 300 MY • Mazak 200 MSY • Mazak QT 15 MS • Mazak QT15 MS-GL • Takisawa EX 106 • Mazak VTC 200 Further explanation of our machinery: 1. Mazak 350m: • With powered tools • Turning range up to ø 500 mm. • Working range up to 1.500 mm. long. 2. Mazak 300 MY: • With powered tools • Turning range up to ø 350mm. • Working range up to 1.000 mm. Long • With a Y axis so all milling operations can be produced directly on the lathe. 3. Mazak 200 MSY • With powered tools • Inclusief subspindel • Turning range up to ø 250mm. • Working range up to 500 mm. Long • With a Y-axis so all milling operations can be produced directly on the lathe. 4. Mazak QT 15MS • With powered tools • Including sub spindle • Turning range up to ø 250 mm. • Working range up to 500 mm. long 5. Mazak QT15 MS-GL: • With powered tools • Including sub spindle • Turning range up to ø 250 mm. • Working range up to 500 mm. long • With an automatic robot loading up to ø150mm. 6. Takisawa EX 106: • Turning range up to ø180 mm. • Working range up to 250mm long. 7. Mazak VTC 200: • 3-axis milling machine • Working range 1500x500x500 mm. JR Fijnmetaal is a young and fast growing company filled with ambition. We are located in The Netherlands, De Waterlaat 6 in a town called Bergeijk. Our main bilding is very spacious, so that our logistic flows are efficiently arranged. We are very flexible and can switch quickly from serial production to a few pieces. From beginning till end we would like to be in close contact with our costumer so that the production process is as transparent as possible. We also like to think along with our customers for products that require urgent assistance. We provide a complete package from A to Z. From CNC turning and milling to post-treatment and quality controls. This way the customer receives a ready-made part that can be assembled without any further steps.
