The workshop composite Work allows people a fulfilling life: a own merit, social contacts and mutual exchange, recognition of one's own performance, meaningful employment. Work strengthens the self-esteem. For people with physical, mental and emotional disabilities In the workshops in Steinhöring, on the court and in Fendsbacher Eglharting around 350 people work with physical or mental disabilities. 2008 Ebersberg another workshop was opened specifically for people with mental illnesses. In all four workshops, our employees care very individual to each employee and each dealing: According to the skill set of each and every professional and trained and supervised. All employees have an employee-like status, are covered by social insurance and receive a wage. The workshops meet high quality standards and are certified according to DIN ISO. Depending on location, different work areas to choose from. The products and services of our workshops. We would be delighted if you want to cooperate with us.
