Who we are
Kesici CNC is an owner-managed CNC turning shop in Çorlu near Istanbul, founded in 2012. Six employees produce turned and milled parts according to drawings — from individual parts to small series production. Machinery: two Takisawa CNC lathes (turning diameter up to 320 mm, turning length up to 481 mm, bar diameter up to 72 mm) and three machining centers (workpieces up to 1,000 × 550 × 500 mm and 1,100 kg). Two of the machines are built in 2025 and 2026. Accuracy: tolerances up to h6/h7, surfaces up to Ra 0.4 µm. Materials: steel (mild, automatic, hard and tempered steel, tool steel, cold extruded steel), stainless steel V2A and V4A, aluminum, copper and brass as well as plastics ranging from POM, PTFE and PA6 to PEEK. Industries: automotive industry, construction machinery, agricultural and commercial vehicle technology, mechanical and plant engineering. Among other things, we produce CNC turned parts for Putzmeister, one of the world's leading manufacturers of concrete pumps and conveyor technology. Quality: certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational safety). We provide measurement reports and initial sample test reports (EMPB) on request, material certificates in accordance with EN 10204 on request. Heat and surface treatment are carried out by permanent partner companies. For German customers: Offers, coordination and support are provided by our German contact person — in German. Thanks to the Turkey—EU customs union, we deliver duty-free; the transport time by truck to Germany is around 5 to 8 days. Drawings as STEP, DXF or PDF are sufficient; you will usually receive an offer within 24 to 48 hours.
