Kettec GmbH – Your Manufacturing Partner for Gear Technology and Complex Drawing Parts Headquartered in Mönchengladbach, Kettec GmbH is an experienced manufacturing partner for the production of gearing and drive components as well as mechanically machined parts according to drawings or samples. Our particular expertise lies in gear technology. We manufacture gears, sprockets, pinions, splined shafts, and other gearing components as individual parts, spare parts, as well as in small and medium series. Our manufacturing capabilities include, among others: Hobbing of external gears Hobbing of external and internal gears Production of splined shafts and profile gears Manufacturing of gears, pinions, and sprockets CNC turning and conventional turning CNC milling and boring machine machining Shaping and keyway broaching Manufacturing according to drawing, sample, or existing component In addition to pure mechanical machining, we also offer, upon request, the complete procurement and coordination of downstream manufacturing steps such as heat treatment, induction hardening, grinding, and surface treatment. This allows our customers to receive a ready-to-install component from a single source. Our strength lies particularly in technically complex components, small and medium lot sizes, as well as spare parts and custom manufacturing. We also support our customers in the economical implementation of short-term spare parts requirements or components that are no longer available. By combining our own gear manufacturing with mechanical machining, we can realize numerous components with high manufacturing depth and reduce interfaces between different suppliers. We see ourselves not only as a contract manufacturer, but as a reliable manufacturing partner. Fast and realistic quote processing, reliable delivery dates, and long-term cooperation with our customers are our top priorities.
