About Kewa Engineering S.r.l.
Who we are
We present our innovative Start-up operating in the field of precision mechanics, set up to create and produce CNC turned and milled small parts, ground, rolled, knurled and knurled through a digitized innovative production process, with all interconnected production units , thanks to the management of the work order through the MES system The distinguishing feature of the company is the ability to create special parts with high precision design, in small and large series, in special steels, stainless and alloy, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastic and innovative alloys such as titanium. We aim to satisfy even the most demanding requests, providing qualified personnel, production organization and a range of innovative machines, in addition to availing ourselves of the collaboration of suppliers specialized in different types of processes and treatments. We will have the possibility to perform mechanical design with powerful CAD / CAM systems. The products manufactured by Kewa will be 100% checked both manually and with optical vision systems. The expected benefits will be a competitive advantage to allow small productions such as large scale, faster production process, 360 ° controlled, greater flexibility and greater productivity through reduced setup times, errors reduction and downtime. All this accompanied by a higher quality obtained by sensors that monitor the production and an ISO 9001 standardization.
