Who we are

KHEGAL is a spanish SME dedicated to 5 axis machining of complex parts, in highly automated centers. Main activity sectors have historically been Aeronautic and Oil&Gas. But for a few years we´ve diversified, and today we supply parts also for Construction Machinery, Medical Equipments, electronic equipments (boxes, casings,...), for Nuclear Facilities, Laboratory equipments, etc. We also supply several Sailing Competition Teams, having had a proven record in the exigeant environment of America´s Cup. We are certified EN9100 and actually work for a wide span of clients in France and Spain, mostly with recurrent parts (small/medium series), but also one-offs such as toolings, or custom parts. Parts size is up to 1m and we machine all materials, including Ti, Inconels, etc. We have an installed capacity able to run 24/07, with several i4.0 developments, thus we offer optimum service and flexibility. We are situated in the Basque Country in a logistics hub (IRUN, french border) we can handle swiftly export logistics. We attend fluently in Spanish, English, and French. We already work at 80% for export.
