Who we are
K. ELLINGER CNC machining - Turning and Milling for industry Competence and reliability for complex turned parts, milled parts and assemblies - this is the Berlin-based company K. ELLINGER CNC machining with around 80 employees for over 40 years. In the sales order, we manufacture a reliable process items, small and medium series of all machinable non-ferrous metals, steel and plastics. Our services include complete machining on CNC turning and milling centers, CNC turning and CNC milling. In the sales order, we produce high quality items as well as small and medium series. We also assemble small modules that can be used by our customers without further adjustments. In conventional processing, we manufacture spare parts and items for repair shops and individuals. Finally, we provide a high surface quality and the absence of burrs our components by means of vibratory finishing equipment (barrel finishing) in our home safe. Service "Around the component" We offer our customers the complete service "Around the component".This starts with the description of the design suitable for production and material selection, procurement of semi-finished products, includes machining in-house and ends with the management of our partners in the field of surface finishing and heat treatments.
