Who we are

We are a family owned company, has been operating for over 40 years in machine parts area. We are in the Swabian Alb, in the region of 10 thousand, at home. Our production, we have specialized in the production of turned parts. Our focus areas are: - Turning and hard turning - Small and medium series rotational parts up to Ø 300 mm - Flanges, valve guides, valve plug, valve seat, bushing, sleeves, rings, waves - Trapezoidal leadscrew nuts TR to TR 12 x 3 80 x 10 in RG7 - Sliding sleeves and ferrules with spline profile to DIN 5463 - Complete machining - Rotational parts Ø 50 to Ø 300 mm - Rooms in wages (wage rooms) We manufacture small to medium series (in the range 50-2000 piece). The following materials be processed by us: - Plastics / AL / MS / bronze / carbon steel / stainless materials like 1.4301-1.4305-1.4112-1.4462-1.4548 (aerospace materials), etc. Production is done on high-performance CNC lathes, so we can provide you best Offer quality at competitive prices.
