Who we are
KLUMPP Automatendreherei. Production of high-precision turned parts, CNC and multi-spindle production. The more rapidly progressive technological change with increasing demands for quality and precision requires the production of high-precision, complex parts. We specialize in the manufacturing of precision turned parts from all machinable materials in the fields of automotive, consumer electronics, precision mechanics and medical technology. Our main focus is on the production of highly accurate large series that we vote our machinery constantly. The lively interest in new technologies has made us an innovative partner for our customers, whose satisfaction is the ultimate goal of our actions. TURNED PARTS: Qualified personnel made in 3-shift operation on modern single and multi-spindle machines high volume turned parts in a high precision. In-house tool, the tools are made for production on latest machinery for manufacturing.Latest grinders allow the production of very small tolerances. Purpose, we have four different grinders available. HEAT TREATMENT, EXTENDED WORKBENCH, MOUNTING: Controlled heat treatment during or at the end of the manufacturing process determines the quality of a workpiece with decisive. Through our in-house hardening systems or by qualified external service providers, we can cover the entire range of heat treatment. In collaboration with certified and competent partners, we are able to cover the wide spectrum of various parts of treatment processes, such as surface coatings. We supply complete assemblies including the making and procurement of all items - ready assembled and functionally tested.
