Who we are

KND Kornelius Neuhof Design produces high-precision components and models using resin 3D printing on the HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex. Process: LCD/MSLA resin printing Maximum installation space approx. 192 × 121 × 220 mm. XY resolution approx. 33 µm, fine layers and detailed surfaces. Offer: Prototypes, functional models, small series as well as auxiliary and add-on parts — exclusively within this construction space and with UV resins approved for reflection (e.g. modelling, detail, prototyping and selected high-performance resins from the HeyGears Reflex series). Not available: CNC, metal processing, injection molding and components and materials outside the limits of machines and materials. Working method: You provide 3D data (e.g. STL), we check the printability and deliver washed and reworked printed parts as part of the HeyGears Reflex capabilities. Location: Altheim (Hesse). Requests for printable components are welcome.
