Who we are
About firm The firm was established in 1993 by Anthonín Staněk, as a family company. At that time engaged with production of custom interiors and production of of bed fittings. During its operation the company was continally growing, nowadays disposes of two modern technologically equipped poductions and provides work for more than 120 employees. In 1997 was built paintshop with the technology of powder coating colors. Over the years added other production technologies – laser cutting of profiles and sheets, CNC bending, CNC punching, CNC cutting, CNC machining, robotic welding, blasting, etc. We also offer painting larger units in the wet paint and production of components for rail vehicles certified according to the relevant certification requirements. Other key production programs is necessary to mention the production of machinery and mechanical parts and pallet handling equipment for the firm Teramex Trading s.r.o., Hustopeče. In 2003, the production of blasting machines with blasting wheels was started, projected by own design department. The offer of blasting machines is constantly increased, in types of machines and the size and design. In 2004 the company passed to a limited liability company and changed its name to Kovo Stanek, Ltd. In 2012 the production was renovated in Klobouky u Brna, where the production of components for rail vehicles and products from aluminum and stainless steel was moved. The products are supllied to domestic market and to foreign countries – Germany, Austria, Slovakia and other european countries and too to Eastern market. Exports account for about 40% of the total turnover of the company.
