Our modern machinery enables precise laser cutting of thin sheets up to 20 mm thick steel sheets with maximum repeatability — cleanly, without distortion and without complex rework. The range of services is supplemented by waterjet cutting — the thermally neutral process par excellence: no heat-affected zone, no distortion, no loss of material structure. This allows us to process even temperature-sensitive materials such as plastics, composite materials, rubber, glass or hardened steels with the highest precision — up to large material thicknesses. A real plus wherever heat would jeopardize the material or its properties. Our experienced CAD/CAM department is proficient in both 2D and 3D design and processes common formats including STEP files — for a direct, smooth transfer of your design data without detours. This saves you time and prevents interface losses. Our industrial focus is on the production of sophisticated components and assemblies for apparatus and special machine construction — where precision and reliability have no compromises. In addition, we are consistently opening up new fields of application: With our growing Home, Garden, Outdoor & Grill sector, we offer individual solutions from stainless to corten steel for demanding end customers — a segment that we are developing and expanding in a targeted manner.
