Who we are
We are an experienced manufacturer of covers, housings,frames, bases, atachments, brackets and machine components made of steel. We are also specializing in designing and supplying storage baskets, steel pallets, and logistics solutions tailored to individual production and transport processes. We operate robotic welding stations equipped with Motoman and Cloos robots. Robotic welding is the core of our business — we focus on what we do best. This technology guarantees a stable, repeatable, and highly efficient production process while ensuring excellent cost effectiveness. We also operate manual welding stations equipped with EWM welding machines. We carry out prototype, single-unit, as well as medium and large production series. We have our own press brakes with a capacity of up to 3,5 tons, as well as cutting capabilities. Our equipment allows us to handle and transport components weighing up to 3.5 tons. For larger cutting and bending projects, we cooperate with one of the leading service providers on the market, capable of delivering components in any dimensions and quantities. The company is managed by a qualified welding engineer and an experienced manager with expertise in quality management and quality assurance systems for the industrial and automotive sectors. We apply best practices and quality standards in our daily operations. We hold auditing qualifications, VT and UT inspection certifications, as well as a welding examiner license. In addition, we possess International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification and qualifications as a railway welding specialist. As a result, we guarantee on-time delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
