Welcome to KTR Plastic GmbH Am Rennsteig! Our company - on the border between Bavaria and Thuringia - was founded in 2004 and specializes in the Produktuion of injection molded parts. We manufacture for you on Arburg injection molding machines plastic parts made of thermoplastics and elastomers (PP/PE/PS/SB/PC/ABS/ASA/SAN/PA6/PA66/PA12/PBT/PBTB/PO11/PPO/PPE / TPE / TPU) mainly for the following industries: • Automotive • Electrical • furniture • Sport • Helmet industry for cycling and motor sports • Cosmetics The strength and expertise of our team lies in a fast, flexible implementation of its product requirements. Together with you we develop "their" custom-made product and find the optimal solution for you project. We advise and support you throughout the entire workflow: • the idea and the sketch • over the tool and the prototype • up to the optimized final product. On request, we also carry all installation work with inserts in our house by - Umspritztechniken can also be applied. Both our high flexibility due to short distances and dedicated employees as well as certified processes guarantee delivery performance and reliability. Together with our cooperation companies, we are also able to print or to lase the finished products. Examples of this can be found under "Products".
