Implementation of pre-assembly and manufacture of complete assemblies, with all Additional services (electroplating, anodizing, electro-polishing, Härtereiverfahren etc.). Feinwerktechnische montages in separate rooms (ISO Class 5 cleanroom US Fed.) incl. Electrical + Mechatronics to customer specifications. Production and delivery of pre-finished components and system manufacturers. Engineering of workpiece-specific clamping devices for manufacturing. Surveying and reproduction undocumented mechanical components (Z. B. Retrofit). Creating the CAD component drawings. Welding with TIG / MAG process for fine steel construction (especially stainless steel) also mechanical CNC machining. Brazing and soldering. Manufacture of small metal parts.
