As a service provider for processing thermal plastics in all sectors, we offer customer support, development and construction of the molds to the screening, pilot series and part manufacturing a complete expertise. We have years of experience as a supplier for the automotive, machinery, Electrical, electronics, toys and music industry to medical technology. We operate in a fair, accurate and permanently together with our business partners. We also support our customers in the injection molded part design and project planning with the aim of optimizing the manufacturing technology and minimize tooling costs. With our modern machinery we are able to respond quickly to customer demands. Expertise we we adopted in particular during encapsulation of coils and modules with pre-assembled connecting lines and the encapsulation of inserts. The growing need of our customers for product safety, we support a modern and consistent quality management according to the specifications of DIN ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO / TS 16949 certification. From order processing to just-in-time delivery and consignment store our logistics program ensures maximum delivery claims. We offer individual solutions in terms of packaging and shipping methods. Again, we are adapting to our customers' needs, be it bags packaging, cardboard or plastic crates of customers to logistics systems.
