We offer you plastic injection molding of the highest quality at fair conditions. In the injection molding process, plastic granules are plasticized and then injected into a mold under high pressure. In this way, plastic parts between 0.1 g and 2500 g can be produced quickly and inexpensively in large, medium and small series. Due to our customers in the automotive and sensor technology industry, our production is designed to guarantee all the highest quality standards. With the help of the most modern processes and technical systems, we guarantee very high dimensional accuracy, precise weights and accurate colouring. We also help you to optimize the mechanical properties of your product by selecting the optimal material and any post-processing steps together. Many years of experience with a wide range of products have allowed us to continuously optimize our processes. This enables us to react flexibly to your wishes and to produce a large variety of articles. Our interdisciplinary team examines your molds and products in order to develop an optimal manufacturing process. This reduces waste and process costs, so we can offer you a fair price-performance ratio.
