Who we are
KWM is a competent partner in the development and manufacture of sophisticated plastic injection molding parts. Special experiences are for thick-walled products before (also foamed in the TSG process) and PUR integral foam moldings. Competitive and dynamic development constantly affect our position. Our goal is to constantly expand the performance. Customer satisfaction and competence are regarded as key success factors. Efficient process control and modern technology combined with the know-how and dedication of our employees, we see as the key factors in achieving our business goals. Our services cover the entire value chain, starting with the development mold, production, completion, storage and shipping. One of our main goals is to offer its customers everything from a single source. Our machine park currently includes 20 injection molding machines from 40-1.000 tons clamping force. The focus is on medium to high weight range (About 10-4300 g piece weight).

TSG Verfahren (Thermoplast-Schaum-Guss)
DescriptionSeit über 30 Jahren befassen wir uns mit dem TSG (Thermoplast-Schaum-Guss)-Verfahren und haben dabei richtungsweisende Entwicklungsarbeit geleistet. Mit TSG ist es möglich, spannungs(verzugs-)arme Formteile mit großen und auch unterschiedlichen Wandstärken und hoher statischer Belastbarkeit herzustellen, was zu deutlichen Gewichts- und somit auch Kostenreduzierungen führt.

PUR Schaum
DescriptionSeit 1981 verarbeiten wir auch halbharte PUR-Systeme zu elastischen Formteilen für einen breiten Anwendungsbereich. Bei diesem Verfahren entsteht ein geschlossenzelliger Schaumkern, der unmittelbar in eine verdichtete Hautzone übergeht. Gute Abriebfestigkeit und höchster Komfort zeichnen derartige Teile aus. Umschäumte Einlegeteile aus Kunststoff, Metall oder Holz erhöhen die Stabilität und ermöglichen eine sichere Befestigung.

Neue Produkte aus Lignin
DescriptionBei Lignin handelt es sich um ein natürliches Polymer, das sich in Pflanzen bildet und für Verholzung von Fasern sorgt. Es ist also ein Material aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, Materialkombination aus Lignin und Pflanzenfasern, das sogenannte „Arboform“, und daher umweltfreundlich.
