Dear Sirs,
we are proud to present you our varience of products and services the Schaible company can deliver:
1.We produce precision turning parts beginning from ø 1 mm up to ø 65 mm. Therefore we use modern CNC and conventional-turning machines. Your most ambitious parts we can produce on our 9-axis high technology machines like Citizen M20, Traub TNC30, TNC42 or TNC65.
2.We produce gears and pinions (beginning from module 0.2 up to module 3.0; with a maximum diameter of 80 mm) with modern and precision-milling-machines (e.g. Koepfer, Monnier&Zahner, Wahli) as well as worms up to module 2.5. To assure our high quality production we use modern measurement systems.
3.Supplementary production
We have a wide selection of machines which enable us to do specific upgrade processes on your parts (e.g.grinding machines, super finishing machines, polishing machines, ...).
All of our inspection, measuring and test equipment is network based. We are able to do statistical process control (SPC). We will fulfill all common requirements on quality recording. Our Quality-system is implemented based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. We are certificated since Oct.1999.
We have customers in nearly all fields of industrial production (e.g. automotive, gear motors, medical, precision engineering, electrical, inspection and measuring industry). Our customers appreciate the technical consulting we can provide to optimize their parts already during the planning and engineering phase. For many years we are system supplier for a lot of German and international automotive suppliers. We work with all kind of materials as brass, steel, ETG, stainless steel, plastics, etc. and are able to do hardening and galvanic processes.
