Who we are
We are an Italian company specializing in CNC precision machining and the production of components manufactured from drawings or samples. Thanks to our industry experience and a flexible production approach, we are able to support our customers from the production of small batches up to medium-volume productions. Our activity focuses mainly on CNC turning and CNC milling, with a particular specialization in the production of small metal parts and precision components. We manufacture pillars, spacers, washers, special screws, nuts, studs, tie rods, pins, bushes, bushings, hydraulic fittings, and non-standard mechanical parts, developed based on the technical drawing or the sample provided by the customer. Sheet metal processing We have CNC lathes with fixed heads, also with configurations featuring two spindles and two turrets, which allow us to manufacture components with complex geometries, precise tolerances, and a high level of finish. We handle both small batches of 1 to 500 pieces and productions up to approximately 5,000 pieces, with diameters typically ranging between 10 and 55 mm. Sheet metal processing Alongside turning and milling operations, we also offer laser cutting services and the possibility of supplying components complete with galvanic treatments, thus offering our customers a more comprehensive service. Sheet metal processing One of our main areas of expertise is the hydraulic sector, for which we manufacture fittings and specific components. We also operate in the agricultural, earthmoving machinery, electromechanical, thermal technology, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, furniture, and custom drawing-based components sectors. Sheet metal processing Our goal is to offer customers flexibility, precision, and customized solutions, becoming a reliable partner for the production of CNC mechanical components, both standard and fully customized.
