Who we are
Lampa Plastic is a historic company in the thermoforming sector, established in 1971. We have been engaged and specialized in various sectors for years, such as vehicles, earth moving / people, healthcare / hospital, refrigeration, food, etc. We work multiple materials such as ABS in different solutions and variants, polystyrene, methacrylate, polycarbonate, pe and HDPE, etc. Over the years, LAMPA has experienced some flourishing moments and then imploded into an industrial and organizational immobility that led the property to sell. The new ownership has engaged in a profound renewal process which, in consideration of our industrial and organizational know-how, bringing shortly to completion a whole series of initiatives such as: • increase in share capital from € 100.0K to € 1,000.0K • acquisition of new machinery for thermoforming and cutting • extended organizational structure with a Technical / R & D office and a Sales department • industrial fiber optic cabling suitable for "Industry 4.0 " • IT upgrade of existing machinery • new IT management system • revision of the slab purchase method which provides for greater inventories in stock Put simply, the new property is turning this company into a sock while safeguarding what, regardless of everything, has always been Lampa's flagship, and that is the QUALITY of our products. On the basis of these changes, the company is already reaping the first fruits confirmed by a marked improvement in the efficiency of the production process, compliance with delivery terms and a significant increase in its production capacity. Other initiatives will move soon and in the coming months, with the aim of making Lampa grow and push towards a future of leadership and innovation.
